I wanted to comment on these stones. This is the doctor in me so you can just ignore this comment if you are uninterested. Ammonium urate stones are very rare in cats, although this cat had some. They are commonly caused by liver problems or dietary inconsistencies. Either way, you probably will never see any other feline urinary stones like this... ever :) At least I probably won’t.
