Cold
A ripple for every moment

Frigid sky scattered here and there. Shadows watch mountains who are not easily scared. Snowflakes fall as time stands still, while sun's warmth trembles under the treacherous chill. Depths run thin as the ice grows, and blue meets white in the blue shallow. Everything covered perfectly in a blanket, one that is cold and doesn't need to fake it.

E-Clinic

Wave 903

Monday

The 18th of February, 2008 at 08:09 PM

I have just finished up my first week at the emergency clinic. I've seen quite a few things and have been able to help with quite a few procedures. Unfortunately, they are not as busy as I had imagined. Apparently, this is not a good time of year for emergencies (with the exception of chocolate toxicity around Valentine's day). All in all, I'm having a good time and the people are nice.

Kellie got me a couple things for Valentine's Day. She added another video game to my collection, Mario Party. I have never played this game and Kellie can talk a storm about it. I guess I was expecting something different the first time I put it in. The game pretty much plays like a glorified board game, and I was surprised that I came to enjoy it. I really can't say too much more about it because I've only played it twice... but maybe some other time. She also gave me some cologne which will be put to good use in the near future :)

Lastly, I have a job interview tomorrow. I know it sounds stupid that I have an interview with my dad and his partner... but I want to be as professional as possible with the situation. I worked all day today on a resume, cover letter, and things to help the practice grow. I'm optimistic but also realistic with the whole situation. Wish me luck!

You will do great at your interview! :) Keep smiling and know that God has you in his hands.
