*Deep sigh of relief* As of 4 o' clock yesterday, I am done with school. And I feel good, relaxed.
Even when my mom is yelling at me to finishing putting up the lights outside, I have practically all my shopping left, the house is a disaster, my relatives coming wednesday, and I work nearly every day... I am relaxed.
Now I can finish things I've been longing to finish for some time. For instance, finishing some of the guitar songs I started writing. Finishing some new designs on this website I've put together over the past couple months. Just stuff I've wanted to do, but haven't had the time to because of school.
I'm hoping I get to spend alot of time with my friends this holiday season even with all the work I have to do and the company we are having.
And I thank God for helping me keep my head up the last few months and for my friends that had to listen to me whine about it. I couldn't do it without all of them. So as we depart on this long and tiring semester, I'm going to leave in a prayer.
God, thank you so much for staying by my side the last few months. I've been through alot this fall and I couldn't have made it without you. Please watch over everyone this holiday season as they make their way through the snow, and their families who come to see them. God please keep my grandparents strong as my grandma struggles with cancer, and help her to keep a positive outlook on life. Help my dad with the cold he has, help him be a good role model for everyone at work... and at home. Help my mom stay calm at heart during all the busy'ness this holiday season. Keep Steve strong, when all the finals jump on top of him. Show him that in only a couple days, everything will be easier. Guide my relatives through the snow safely to our house. Watch over Jill, so that she may find peace at work. I pray that she will find the path she has been looking for for so long. Please watch over Nikki, so she finds her way back home and is comfortable. Keep Melissa healthy and strong as she makes her transition to the twin cities campus. Please watch over my classmates, as they travel back and forth this holiday season. Please keep Melissa strong these next couple months at work. Watch over Matt and Shayla, Alex and Mykala, Justin and Amber, Richard and Elizabeth. Help Chris to settle into his new job and not to burn himself out. Watch over Stef and help her to know she's got a friend back home. Take care of Matt, so he is comfortable with his parents this Christmas and so that he doesn't work too much. Watch over Leah also. And Lord, if there is anyone I've left out who needs your help, needs your hand... hold them close to your heart. Thank you so much for keeping everyone together and strong, and giving me time to spend with all of them. Lord, help make this the best Christmas ever. Amen.
