Cold
A ripple for every moment

Frigid sky scattered here and there. Shadows watch mountains who are not easily scared. Snowflakes fall as time stands still, while sun's warmth trembles under the treacherous chill. Depths run thin as the ice grows, and blue meets white in the blue shallow. Everything covered perfectly in a blanket, one that is cold and doesn't need to fake it.

Sleep. I've lost it, I've been made fun of because of it, I neglect it. My professor pointed me out to the class because I was sleeping yesterday. That was awesome.

I helped Jill with her car today. She had a flat tire. I felt helpful for once. Usually I work my butt off and don't get noticed. I felt good that I could be there.

I was told I look like this one surgeon's nephew. I assured him I was not and apologized if he was disappointed.

I witnessed Integrative medicine today. Acupuncture, herbal therapy, etc. Interesting but not my cup of soup.

There is no such thing as a silent mode on my phone. We find this out in class the hard way.

We close on my grandma's house tomorrow. Everything has been moved out or sold.

Alot of people are going to the hospital. Terry (a good friend of the family) went in for a heart arrhythmia. My next door neighbor's wife, Candy, went in for heart problems too I believe. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Tomorrow is friday. That means the end of the first week, a barbecue at the frat, and me potentially picking up a subwoofer for testing. Everything is arbitrary, it always is.

So ends this random burst. I just have to say. Thank you to all of my friends and family. I don't know what the summer would've been like without all of you. It's one of those things. Sometimes it takes forever for things to happen... and other times, they are right in front of you. I'm just happy, that is all.

You know, I knew something was up with "On Fire" and "Hands Down". Whatever it is, I’m proud of you.  I knew we loved that song for a reason.  Luck with that little man.
