I was 20 minutes late to class this morning. :( . Yeah, I thought it was at 9:00 until I checked my schedule when I woke up. I'm stupid. That nutrition class lasted from 8:00 in the morning till noon. NOON! There was no way I could possibly stay awake. Alot of it was reiteration of biochemistry. I did some things here and there with the computer and got some sleeping in.
My foot is bad. It is sooo painful. I can barely walk. I have no idea what I did, none. I was checking WebMD for possible sources of the pain. I was thinking it was a sprain of some sort. Here's what I found on WebMD for advice: If a bone is sticking out of the skin, do not try to push it back into the skin. Cover the area with a clean bandage. Yeah, that made me laugh. I don't have any bones sticking out, it just is really sore. I soaked my foot in Epson salts last night. I guess you aren't supposed to put your foot in warm water. Hot water induces swelling. Thanks Jenn! *shakes head*. Even better. I took antacid this morning with an enteric aspirin. Thanks Mom!
Yeah, so my foot doesn't feel any better. This is not good for a couple reasons. One, I can't run. Running was probably the cause of it. I probably pulled/sprained a tendon or something. Two, the end of the week. Mike invited me to a party at his house thursday night. DDR is the event, but with my foot, I would be near tears. And friday. Friday I plan to have a number of people over again at my house for some DDR. How stupid would that be? The host of the DDR party can't play. It probably is going to double up as a DDR/Movie party. I'm not sure yet, but I need movie suggestions in the second instance. Everyone is invited.
