By my ears, we've got another emo band here. Remember Something Corporate, remember lead singer, Andrew McMahon? Well this band is just a little side project of his and earns a spot on my artist of the week.

I can't stop listening to this one song, Bruised, off their debut album "Everything In Transit." Just a perfect mix of piano, synthesizer, drums (Tommy Lee) and guitars. Oh, and not to mention McMahon's characteristic voice.

If you like Something Corporate, you should go fishing here. Jack's Mannequin delivers well with their debut cd, very well.
