Everyone remembers "Wasting My Time." But that is usually all anyone remembers. When I first heard Default I thought of Creed. I became addicted to many of Default's songs... "Faded," "Live a Lie," "Let You Down."
This band came around right after Emily and I broke up. The tone and the deep sound caught my ear for months. I listened to The Fallout to death. Then, I forgot about them. One of those things you just put away. The songs reminded me of things that I didn't want to be reminded of.
They came out with a new album a couple years ago. I didn't know this until this summer. I listened in, still the same band. One song though has caught my attention again. "All She Wrote" entered my playlist and hasn't left. I love that song.
The band comes out with a new album at the end of September. The album will be titled One Thing Remains. "Count on Me" appears to be the hit single but I know I will find other ones on the album.
